Where governance plans become work that actually gets done

Plan activities, assign tasks, and track them across list, kanban and calendar views — while every risk treatment, audit finding and compliance gap flows into one accountable queue, with progress that rolls back up to its source.

Capabilities

Everything a team needs to plan, assign and finish work

Light project management plus serious task tracking — built so nothing assigned to anyone ever goes quietly missing.

Activities that behave like plans

Group work into activities with phases, an owner, start and end dates, and a status — and watch progress roll up automatically as the tasks underneath complete.

Tasks with the full toolkit

Assignee, due date, priority and status, plus checklists for the small steps — with comments and attachments keeping the context on the task itself. Tasks live under an activity or stand entirely alone.

Recurring work, handled

Give a task a recurrence rule for the work that never ends — periodic reviews and routine checks regenerate on schedule instead of being recreated by hand.

Every task knows its origin

Each task can carry an origin link to the risk, finding or requirement that spawned it — so “why are we doing this?” always has an answer.

Work the way your team works

Switch between a list, a kanban board grouped by status or assignee, and a calendar view — the same tasks through three lenses.

One inbox: “My tasks”

A cross-module inbox that gathers everything assigned to you — from standalone to-dos to risk treatments and audit follow-ups — with due dates and priorities front and center.

Standalone by design

A competent team task manager in its own right

License Tasks & Activities alone and you get a complete task manager — no other module required. The rest of the platform plugs in when you're ready.

  • Plan activities, assign tasks, and track checklists, comments and attachments from day one.
  • Recurrence rules and the list, kanban and calendar views work out of the box — no dependencies.
  • The module asks nothing of its siblings: everything above works with only this module licensed.
  • License other modules later and their treatments, findings and gap actions flow in as linked tasks — origin badges appear automatically.

How it works

From plan to roll-up in four moves

  1. 01

    Plan

Create an activity with phases, an owner and dates — or capture standalone tasks directly, no project required.

  2. 02

    Assign

Give each task an assignee, due date, priority and checklist; add recurrence for repeating work and link the origin it came from.

  3. 03

    Track

Work in list, kanban or calendar; discuss in comments, attach evidence, and let “My tasks” gather every person's queue.

  4. 04

    Roll up

As tasks complete, progress rolls up to the activity — and completion events flow back to the risk, finding or gap that started the work.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tasks & Activities useful on its own?

Yes — it's designed as a competent team task manager in its own right: activities with phases and rolled-up progress, tasks with checklists, recurrence, comments and attachments, and list, kanban and calendar views. It requires nothing from the other modules; it simply gets richer when they arrive.

How do the other modules use it?

By delegation. Risk treatments, audit finding remediation, compliance gap actions and Management Hub meeting actions all create linked tasks that carry their origin. As tasks complete, completion and progress events flow back and update the originating module automatically.

Can tasks repeat automatically?

Yes. A task can carry a recurrence rule for periodic work — regular reviews and routine checks regenerate on schedule instead of being recreated by hand each time.

What is the “My tasks” inbox?

A cross-module view that gathers everything assigned to you in one place — standalone to-dos, activity tasks and work delegated by other modules — with due dates and priorities, so you never have to tour the modules to find out what's on your plate today.
