UniSentinel module

Executive oversight that runs on live data, not slide decks

Give leadership one place to set strategic objectives, run committees and meetings that end in recorded decisions, and read the whole GRC program off a consolidated executive dashboard — all the way to a board-ready pack.

Capabilities

The executive layer over everything you license

Built for executives and governance teams who need strategy, oversight and reporting in one place — not stitched together from exports.

A strategic objectives tree

Model your strategy as a tree of objectives, each with an owner, KPIs and a reporting period — so every ambition has a name responsible for it and a number behind it.

Objectives tied to reality

Link each objective to the risks that threaten it, the initiatives that deliver it and the compliance posture that underpins it — so an objective's health reflects what is actually happening.

Committees with real membership

Set up your governance committees with their membership once, and run their meeting cycle, decisions and follow-ups inside the platform.

Meetings that leave a trail

Build agendas whose items can reference any entity in the platform — a risk, a finding, a policy — then capture minutes, record decisions, and turn actions into tracked tasks.

One executive dashboard

A consolidated dashboard composed of widgets from every licensed module. Widgets from unlicensed modules simply hide — the view stays coherent as your footprint grows.

Board-pack composition

Compose a board pack from cross-module content on parameterized report templates carrying your branding — run it on demand or on a schedule.

Standalone by design

Valuable on day one — even licensed alone

License Management Hub by itself and you still run objectives and governance end to end. Everything else lights up as you add modules.

  • Build the strategic objectives tree with owners, KPIs and reporting periods from day one.
  • Run committees and meetings in full: agendas, minutes, recorded decisions — with local action items as the built-in fallback for tasks.
  • The executive dashboard shows widgets only for the modules you have licensed; the rest stay hidden instead of erroring.
  • License a new module later and its widgets and links appear in place — the governance rhythm you built doesn't change.

How it works

From strategy to board pack

  1. 01

    Set direction

Build the strategic objectives tree; give every objective an owner, KPIs and a reporting period.

  2. 02

    Connect

Link objectives to risks, initiatives and compliance posture, so status reflects the real program — not a status report.

  3. 03

    Govern

Run committee meetings with entity-referencing agendas; capture minutes, record decisions, and send actions out as tracked tasks.

  4. 04

    Report

Read the consolidated executive dashboard day to day, and compose the board pack when the board convenes.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need every module for the executive dashboard to work?

No. The dashboard is composed of widgets from the modules you have licensed; widgets from unlicensed modules simply hide. As you license more modules, more of the picture fills in — nothing breaks in the meantime.

What can a meeting agenda item reference?

Any entity in the platform — a risk, an audit finding, a policy, a service, an objective. Minutes and decisions are recorded against the meeting, and agreed actions become tracked tasks, or local action items if the Tasks module isn't licensed.

How is the board pack produced?

Board packs are composed from parameterized report templates carrying your branding — logo, cover, headers and footers — and can be run on demand or on a schedule, with the result stored and delivered by email.

Can an executive dashboard show a viewer data they shouldn't see?

No. Widget data is fetched under the viewer's own permissions, so a dashboard never reveals anything the viewer couldn't open directly.
